When you call we will discuss your needs and what day and time would work for you for our first meeting.
Counseling is available in office and by phone, I am comfortable working either way. My office is located south of Old Town Fort Collins, east of the University, at 808 Mathews St. The nearest cross street is E Plum.
Session Fee
I charge $150 per session hour, and offer a sliding scale. There are insurance and non-insurance payment options. Just let me know what your situation is and we can discuss the best way to handle payment. For phone counseling payment may be made through paypal or credit card.

Health Insurance Claim Form (pdf) – This form is form is for submission to your insurance company.
